Why subcontract this rather than build it
Building a drone cleaning capability is not buying a drone. It is the adapted platform, the accredited pilots, the file for each of them, recurring aviation filings and public liability cover for the activity. And then keeping all of it live even though it is used a few weeks a year.
For a maintenance provider focused on availability and corrective work, the numbers rarely add up. Subcontracting the scope to someone who already has it built does.
How we fit into your contract
You keep the site relationship and the point of contact does not change. We come in as your subcontractor, with our documentation under your prequalification, and deliver whatever scope you assign.
We do not compete with your O&M. We do not touch internal components, we do not access the nacelle, and we do not pitch services to your end client on our own account.
Flexible scope
You can contract the full scope or just part of it. Some providers book towers only, because blade cleaning is already covered another way. It is quoted the same, with the site data.

Will you try to sell directly to our client?
No. If we come in as your subcontractor, the site’s point of contact is you.
Do you provide your own health, safety and insurance documentation?
Yes: prevention plan, risk assessment for the activity, public liability cover and an individual file for every pilot, ready to upload to whatever coordination platform you use.
Can you deliver a single scope, towers only for instance?
Yes, and it is common. Each scope (blades and hub, tower, nacelle) is contracted and quoted separately.
