How it works
The complete process, from first enquiry to handover. Predictable timings, with the administrative side resolved from our end.
Three data points and a quote
Number of turbines, site location and rotor diameter. That is enough to fix scope and price per machine. Minimum order is 4 turbines per campaign, because below that figure mobilisation does not stack up against billable work.
Aviation permits
Once the order is confirmed we file the operation with the Spanish aviation authority for the specific site. This is what sets the timeline: around 3 weeks of activation. In areas with no aviation constraints it can be considerably shorter.
Site coordination
Before entry we close out contractor coordination and whatever health and safety documentation the client requires. Pilots arrive with their accreditation and their file up to date, because that file has already been through a major utility prequalification process.
Weather window
The final date is confirmed the week before, based on the forecast. Wind and rain decide, exactly as they do for any work at height.
Execution
One working day per turbine. The machine held in maintenance position with yaw and pitch controlled by the site, the nacelle preventively sealed, and our entire crew on the ground throughout.
Handover
Before and after photographic reporting for every machine cleaned. Included in the service, not an extra and not a report you have to ask for.

What the site provides
Two things, both on your side because they affect how the machine is operated: yaw and pitch control to hold the turbine in maintenance position during the intervention, and preventive sealing of the nacelle before we start. Nothing else.
