What we process and why

We process only the data you provide when completing the quote request form or writing to us by email: name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever information about the wind farm you include in the message.

The purpose is to respond to your enquiry, prepare a commercial proposal and maintain the contact arising from that request. We do not build profiles and we do not carry out automated decision making.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Retention

We keep the data for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the periods legally required to address possible liabilities. Where no commercial relationship follows, we delete the data once it no longer serves the purpose that prompted the contact.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. The form on this site is processed on our own server and the message reaches us by internal email: no external form service receives or stores a copy. The only processor involved is our web and email hosting supplier, under a signed processing agreement.

International transfers

No international data transfers take place. Both the site hosting and the email are in the European Union.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification of or erasure of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to processing and data portability, by writing to the email address given at the top of this policy. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or third party tracking cookies. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, with no connections to external servers during browsing.
