Asturian wind farms sit in upland terrain a short distance from the Cantabrian sea, the combination that treats a machine’s surface worst: salinity, high humidity and frequent fog.
That environment favours adhered deposits and biological growth, which do not come off with a simple rinse. It is a case where degreaser and contact time matter more than at a dry inland site, and where it is worth checking the real condition before fixing the scope.
Weather windows are short. In Asturias we plan with generous margin and with alternative dates set from the outset, because the share of operable days per year is noticeably lower than on the plateau.
Where we work
We cover wind farms across Principality of Asturias. The crew travels from Mairena del Aljarafe (Sevilla) with all technical resources: water, pressure equipment, compressors and degreasers.
Mobilisation and demobilisation are included from 4 turbines per campaign. If you manage several sites in the region, grouping them into a single campaign is what brings the cost down most.

Do you operate across Asturias?
Yes. We cover Principality of Asturias. Crew mobilisation is included from 4 turbines per campaign.
How soon can you start?
Around 3 weeks from confirmed order, which is what the aviation filing takes. At sites with no aviation constraints it can be considerably less.
What do you need from the site on the day?
The turbine held in maintenance position, with yaw and pitch controlled by the site, and preventive sealing of the nacelle. Everything else is ours.
