Full turbine cleaning
Blades, hub, tower and nacelle in a single intervention.
Full, blade, tower and nacelle cleaning with ground operated drones, at wind farms across Canary Islands. One working day per machine, with nobody at height.
The Canary Islands are the most demanding case in Spain for a turbine’s surface: permanent salinity, constant wind and airborne dust during calima episodes. The combination shortens the sensible interval between cleans below mainland norms.
The particularity is not technical, it is logistical. Moving crew, tank and compressor to the islands requires sea transport planning and makes mobilisation more expensive, so the four turbine minimum matters even more here: grouping machines into a single campaign is what makes the numbers work.
If you manage several sites across different islands, say so when requesting a quote: the campaign is organised differently and the saving from grouping is real.
We cover wind farms across Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro. The crew travels from Mairena del Aljarafe (Sevilla) with all technical resources: water, pressure equipment, compressors and degreasers.
Mobilisation and demobilisation are included from 4 turbines per campaign. If you manage several sites in the region, grouping them into a single campaign is what brings the cost down most.
Blades, hub, tower and nacelle in a single intervention.
The most exposed surface, cleaned from the ground.
The complete shaft, with no scaffolding or platform.
The outer housing, with nobody accessing it.
Photographic reporting per machine, to prioritise.
The full comparison, including what the drone does not solve.
Yes. We cover Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro. Crew mobilisation is included from 4 turbines per campaign.
Around 3 weeks from confirmed order, which is what the aviation filing takes. At sites with no aviation constraints it can be considerably less.
The turbine held in maintenance position, with yaw and pitch controlled by the site, and preventive sealing of the nacelle. Everything else is ours.
Three data points are enough: number of turbines, location and rotor diameter. We come back with a fixed price per machine and scope within two working days.
